We can provide you with complete peace of mind as a landlord or letting agent, offering a secure key holding service (at no extra cost) so that we are on hand as and when you require us to be.

 

We have the ability to provide either photographs or video recordings with quotes and invoices as we understand that visiting the property is not always convenient or possible. We are happy to conduct inspections and report back to keep you updated on any maintenance matters that may be required. We can then with your instruction carry out preventative maintenance to resolve any issues before they become severe, ensuring you don’t have to worry about costly bills in the future. We are even happy to liaise directly with your tenants to arrange access if all parties are happy with this arrangement.
